Cancellation/Refund Policy

We cannot be held responsible for events out of our control so we adhere
to our policy regardless of your reason so please read carefully:

• Bookings cancelled with less than 30 days notice for during
  the shoulder and peak period will not receive a refund

• Bookings cancelled with more than 30 days notice for an off peak booking receive a refund less a $20 cancellation fee

• Deposits are not transferable unless more than 30 days notice is given

• No refunds for an early departure

• No arrival - no refund
